EventTap believes in the right to consumer privacy and is committed to protect your personal data and information obtained or collected in connection with the use of our website, applications and related services. To provide and/or improve our services, we may occasionally collect and use certain personal data. Your data’s availability depends upon your interaction or engagement as client, purchaser or normal website-user with our website and Services making such data available to us or our partners. We have therefore created this Policy to inform you better about how we obtain and collect such data, our commitment to protect personal data of our users as well as your rights regarding your personal data. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using our Application and its related website and services, you are expressing that you have read this Policy and agree to be bound by it. If you are concerned about your privacy and do not agree with the way we process personal data as described in this Policy, do not use the App and its related website or services.

‘Service’, ‘Platform’ or ‘ App’ , except where context suggests otherwise, means the EventTap App mobile application and related digital platform, features or functionalities. ‘Terms’ refers to the Terms and Conditions of our Service ‘You’ or ‘your’ or ‘user(s)’ refers to the end-user of the Service including website- user, client or purchaser.

EventTapis the data controller to the extent that it decides the purposes for which data is processed. We will collect and use personal data in compliance with relevant data protection laws and we take full responsibility for personal data submitted to us by you or otherwise collected in relation to the use of the Services.

Some of our services do not require registration or subscription to use or access. This means you can visit our website or download and use our EventTap App without submitting any personal data. The types of data we collect depend therefore on how you interact, engage, use or communicate with the Services. If you register and create a user account and/or profile, we will collect some personal information needed to complete your registration. If you contact us directly regarding any aspect of the Service, please note that you may be providing certain personal information which is required to review and respond to your enquiry or question or provide services requested by you. Our App may also automatically collect certain non- personal information about you in connection with the usage of the App. This information may be collected using cookies, server logs and similar technologies. The types of information we collect are as follows:

Personal Information:To use the EventTap App, you will be required to register and create your personal profile. To complete this registration, we require users to provide their full name, email address, phone number, and general location.

Payment information: EventTap uses MasterCard and VISA services to process payments for orders, reservations and services offered through the EventTap App. These payment processors allow for instant payment service for client’s service orders. For services and products that require payment, these payment processors may collect some payment information which is required to confirm or complete your order. Payment information collected may include your full name, credit card details, billing address or shipping address. Please note that we do not store or retain users’ payment information.

Information obtained from other sources. We may obtain personal information about you in connection with the Services from publicly and commercially available sources and from our affiliates and/or business partners (such as advertising networks or social networking services), including:

• Demographic data (such as gender, age range, educational level, household income range, number of children in household, ethnicity to the extent permitted);
• Purchasing data, including information about advertisements you have seen or acted upon and information about your interaction with advertisers’ products and services;
• Occupational data (such as profession, position, title, industry; and business address);

Information Collected by Automated Means through Our Services.  We may gather by automated means (such as cookies, web beacons, web server logs, JavaScript and other similar technologies) certain information through our Services:

• Your Internet Protocol (IP) address;
• Device information, including unique identifiers and connection information, including mobile device advertising IDs (e.g., Apple’s IDFA or Google’s AAID) and the means of internet connection (e.g., WiFi connection, ISP) that can identify the physical location of such devices, in accordance with applicable law;
• Your device type and settings, software used, browser type and operating system;
• Websites or other services you visited before and after visiting the Services (referring URL);
• Web pages and advertisements you view and links you click on within, and what search queries you may have run on, the Services (clickstream);
• Viewing behavior, including the content you view, how long you view content, the quality of the service you receive, and advertisements you have been shown or interacted with;
• Dates and times you access or use the Services;
• Location information, including the city, state and zip code associated with your IP Address, information derived through WiFi triangulation, and precise location information from GPS-based functionality on your mobile apps, with your consent;
• Your phone number and mobile carrier details in connection with our mobile app.

Usage data: Our App and website may use cookies and similar technologies to automatically register certain non-personal information about how users interact with our App. This may, for example, include information about the type of device used to access the Service (whether it is a computer or mobile phone), the operating system and version of that device, browser type and version, general location (city and country), the internet address of your ISP, technical errors encountered when viewing the site, as well as particular pages or products viewed on the App. This type of information does not identify you as a specific person. We use this information to analyse the performance of our Application so as to enhance its usability.

Messages: Our Service provides an interactive messaging functionality which allows users to invite friends and create social groups as well upload and share content. Please be aware that when you send messages or share content in your groups, they may contain personal information and we advise you take care when doing so.

Testimonials: We encourage our clients to share their experiences regarding the use of the EventTap Platform available through our App. When you submit testimonials or reviews, we may obtain your name, or username, and location.

We use information for the following purposes:

• access to the services: We process personal data so as to identify and verify you as a client or user, manage and complete your subscription or registration, track and fulfil your orders as well as provide other services you request from us. As a registered user, you will be able to view social pages of any of our users, invite friends, create friend groups In addition we allow clients to create their own social pages on the app and add friends and groups, favourite places, check-ins, upload and share content and interact with their audience. We will therefore use your data to enable you to access these services and have a better user experience. We rely on performance of contract and your consent as justification for processing personal data in this manner.
• Personalisation: To provide a custom and useful experience, we provide a location-based searching functionality which allows clients to search for nearby events from the map and filter results based on their needs and interests. We will therefore use geolocation data and search queries to personalise and render search results according to your preferences and search filters or criteria.
• Process payments: We also process personal data so as to manage and process your payments and invoices for products and services, as well as handle complaints, incidents or claims for refund. We do this so as to perform our contractual obligations to provide services to you in accordance with our Terms and Conditions or other relevant agreement between you and us. We also allow clients to create virtual wallets on the App and use such wallets to pay their bookings. If you would like to have a virtual wallet, you may be required to add such payment information which is necessary to create your virtual wallet. We also allow clients to register their credit card details to enable them to pay their bookings easily. If you opt-in to register your credit card details in the App, we will collect and store such details.
• Improve our Services: We process personal information so as to develop and manage our business and our services. We process personal data for this purpose in our legitimate interest to monitor, review and improve our services as well as create new products, services or features.
• Statistical Purposes: In our aim to improve our products and services, we may also aggregate and anonymize certain usage data for statistical purposes.
• Direct Marketing: We may use your personal email to send information about available special offers, interested events, to you if you expressly consent to receive such communications. Company will not use your data for direct marketing purposes without your consent. We will only process personal data for this purpose on the lawful basis of positive consent.

The Company does not sell or rent your personal data as its business goal. It may however share certain personal data in other ways with our subsidiaries or other trusted business partners who deliver services on its behalf including for example Expo and events organizers, technical support, survey regarding end-user experience of our website and application, as well as direct marketing (if we have your consent). We may disclose certain personal data under the following circumstances:

• Your friends and group members: We provide a functionality where clients can create their own client gatherings and events on This means that other clients will be able to view your profile information, with your consent, add you to their gathering, meetup, social groups or events. Apart from you public profile information, no other personal information is shared with other clients.
• Service providers and partners: We may share certain personal to those parties and third-party partners described above in order to deliver or perform those services you have requested or accepted. These include for example third parties who assist us with technical support, email service delivery, payment processing, client support, website hosting and optimization as well as parties who carry out client satisfaction surveys on our behalf. If you attend an evnet, we will share information that is required to process your reservation including your name and phone number or email.
• Analytics and tracking information: We may use third party services and applications, including for example Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel, to analyse and measure performance and the audience size of our website and applications. Google Analytics and similar services may collect usage information using analytic and tracking cookies. • Marketing and Advertising: We do not share your personal data to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes without your consent. The Company will provide mechanism to enable users to opt-in to receive offers, discounts and other promotional information if they would like to do so. Where we share cookie information with our advertising networks for marketing and advertising purposes, we will provide users with clear notice of the use of cookies and request your consent to cookies.
• Merger, Sale or Asset Transfers: In the event that our business enterprise/Company is sold, merged or acquired by another entity or where its assets or liabilities are transferred to another entity, we may share certain personal data as is necessary to complete such sale, merger, acquisition or asset or liability transfer.
